|Recommended: YesGreat place, but management can be overly aggressive — The people who live here tend to be extremely friendly and loving it's a great environment to be in, there are often great activities thrown by the complex, overall great place socially. The management can be rough and or overly aggressive at times though. They try to be fair, but aren't always the most forgiving or understanding. Overall its a great place to be though, and most rules are reasonable.

|Recommended: YesPeople are friendly but the apartment is nothing special — If you know someone there or just want to have a good time with people it's a great place to be. however, don't expect too much from the apartment, rooms are small as are the bathrooms. It's not bad it's just no good either.

|Recommended: YesIts not bad, but pricey for what you get — It isn't a bad place to live, but you will probably find issues in every apartment around the complex. That being said the maintenance guy has been super quick and helpful with getting issues fixed.

|Recommended: YesI think it's a nice place to live. Some of the furniture and appliances are outdated. — The wards are great and the people here are so nice and love to hang out and have a good time. Maintenance is really good. The layout of the apartments are nice having 2 bathrooms for 4 people is great . However the appliances like the oven, thermostat, and vacuum are outdated. I'd say it's average college apartment quality. They raised the rent and haven't changed much don't know why that is . Overall, I like it here.

|Recommended: YesAverage — It is a high traffic area which is annoying and the apartment has good room storage but bad kitchen storage.

|Recommended: YesGrows on you — It's really fun and social. Best management I've ever had. Not super pretty to look at, outside or inside, but very functional and it's nice to have a spacious living room with six people in an apartment.
