|Recommended: YesIt's a relatively nice place. — I like it well enough. It's not the best, but it's also not horrible. It's better than many apartments I've seen, the managers are pretty nice. I don't have any major issues or complaints.

|Recommended: YesIt's nice but pricey for the condition — The community is wonderful Everyone is super nice and it's very close to campus as well as a million places to eat. It's not super far from any grocery stores either. My only complaint is the condition of the apartments. The one that I lived in had very old carpets that make your socks and feet black when you walk on them. It had a half sized oven compared to all the other apartments, the window to my room was broken and was not fixed, and a lot of things were falling apart. I think some apartments have been renovated but the one I lived in was awful. I felt that almost 400 just for rent was ridiculous for an apartment in it's condition. With utilities and parking and everything else I was paying between 450 and 490 a month.

Our maintenance is very good about responding quickly to work orders to get things working properly for you. If they are not responding well, we would love to hear about it so we can talk to them. Again, thank you for your response, we are always looking for ways we can improve our complex.
|Recommended: YesGood for the Price — For the price, it's amazing. There are definitely better apartments out there, however they are much more expensive. If you plan to walk or ride your bike most places this would be perfect for you. If you plan to drive I would be wary that they don't have enough parking spots for every tenant to have a spot, or at least it feels like that at times.

Thanks for the review! I am sorry that you have had problems with parking, we only give out the amount of parking stickers that we have spots so you shouldn't be having an issue with finding a spot. If there continues to be a problem please let us know! We want make sure you are taken care of.
|Recommended: NoDeceptive, dishonest, greedy — I was so excited to live here. I knew that the quality of the apartment was terrible, but I was looking to save money. They advertise a low price of but don't tell you will pay a minimum of 450 usually higher. they up charge you 20 dollars per person for internet. the internet is terrible. they Just recently decided to charge 20 dollars for carpet cleaning . My first payment was over 1000 dollars and they charged 500 for rent for fun. I moved to this apartment sacrificing comfort to save money and now I am paying 50 dollars more per month and random charges costing me tons more out of pocket for random charges. The management is dishonest and the quality is terrible. Dont live here.
Thank you for your review! We appreciate the feedback, because we are always looking for ways to improve. I am sorry you felt like there was so many hidden fees. We try our best to explain them upfront and train our office workers to tell future tenants that utilies is not included in the rent rate. Also all fees are explain in the first page of your contract. It's right by the bottom where you sign your name agreeing to price and additional fees. Also in the contract you agreed to pay $20 a month for carpet cleaning. However, will try harder to encourage our tenants to read the whole contract, along with explaining all additional fees.
Also I am sorry you had bad internet. Over the summer, Provo City was doing construction on Freedom Blvd, which made it cut out a lot. They never would warn us when they were going to shut it off, making it very difficult to warn our tenants. We have expressed our concern to them, and they have been better at communicating with us. If you had any other trouble with internet, veracity is always happy to trouble shoot any issue. If you tried that and it didn't work then we would have loved to receive and email to help you out.
|Recommended: YesIt’s pretty good. — The bathroom on the north side is just a shower and toilet with the sink outside and the shower toilet room is pretty small, in case anyone cares. Other than that, though, I’d say it’s a pretty solid place.

|Recommended: YesOld property with good people. — Good people, but old housing. Our fridge and oven have problems. I lived in both apartment six and seven and neither oven had a dial that indicated the temperature. The kitchen is also entirely too small. Otherwise, a pretty good place to live.
Thank you for your feedback! We are always looking for ways to improve! In the future, submitting a maintenance request for any fridge and oven issues would allow us to know about the issue and send maintenance to fix it. We want to be aware of any issues our tenants have!
|Recommended: YesGood, honest apartment — It isn't super nice, but it is good for the price and the staff is great. The people that live here are so great and I really appreciate that they don't oversell the parking spots like all the other apartment complexes do. It is old, but clean. There is no light in the living room, but I am adjusting to using lamps more, and those are provided. There is an actual walk-in pantry, which is a big plus The rooms are a good size and I haven't had any issues.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live, price may be a little high. — I would say that I like most things about the place. I feel like all housing in Provo are quite unethical in their dealings. There is a difference in making a profit ethically and making a profit unethically. BYU approved housing I feel has crossed that line. And this is someone who is in the field of accounting and business who gladly pays a fair price to all in return for fairness. Why can't apartment complexes offer a one semester contract I know for a fact that it doesn't cost them more and if it did, just raise the price for the one semester contract. I promise this will come back to bite them and the profits for not offering a one semester contract. This is the most ethical place in Provo from what my point of view and I would absolutely live here if I move back to Provo. The staff is amazing and professional. Please fix the grills, it is sad that I can't grill a steak on the weekends because the grills don't work. Overall a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesNice people, but the buildings need work — Everyone is really nice and willing to be friends or to help you with anything. It is a pretty affordable place to live. The apartments are not overly nice but are not bad either.

|Recommended: YesIt's a bit more expensive but the people are fantastic — I love living at Cinnamon Tree The people I've met here are fantastic and the YSA ward is awesome The rate is a little higher than the average rate for 6 people in one apartment, but it's not too bad.
