|Recommended: YesBetter than Expected — I would tell them that they would end up with more space than expected. There are also plenty of opportunities to find your group and to have fun. The amenities are great for college students.

|Recommended: NoGood but have caution — Make sure to keep track of what you are being charged for because I got so many random charges that I had no idea how they were related and seemed very strange.
Thank you for the review! We are always trying to find ways to improve. I am sorry you were confused about the charges. They are explained in the first page of your ledger. If you are ever confused about a charge you are welcome to email us and we can explain it. Also we just just update our system, so you can see detailed notes with each charge, so that should eliminate any confusion for the future.
|Recommended: YesComfortable, Fun atmosphere, Not Falling Apart — I've enjoyed living here because it is affordable but not run down. I really love my neighbors and the ward here. I like all the storage areas in the apartments. However, the kitchens are super small and can really only handle one person cooking at a time. But the living rooms are big, and there is one large bathroom, and one half bathroom.

|Recommended: YesGreat place, but gradually getting more expensive. — It's pretty good overall, you get what you pay for. It's fairly cheap, but things like the routers, ovens, and fridge space are problems sometimes.
