|Recommended: YesAbout what you would expect for a college student housing at this price. — I think it's fine. I don't have much to compare it with since I used to live on campus. It's average, but price is decent for what it is. Well decent for a place in Provo anyways. I was surprise at how much space I had in my room even though it's shared. I like living in a 4 person apartment.

|Recommended: YesA nice place to live — The community here is great and the people who work here do a great job. The office is always willing to help and the maintenance staff get all the work done in a timely fashion.
I live in the quad, right next to the ball courts, and usually hearing neighbors in their apartments isn't a problem, but people yelling at all hours in the court is something that happens. Parking is generally available, I have had to drive around further from my apartment but I have not yet experienced not being able to find a parking spot. Overall, it's a good place.

|Recommended: YesIt's great — I love how much space there is. The kitchen is a little small, but we make do. The showers and bathrooms are plenty big, and the living room is super open. The community is great. There are many opportunities to get to know your neighbors. The location is excellent.

|Recommended: YesPretty good place compared to other places in Provo — This apartment complex has been pretty good. I've been here for a year and a half and it's been great overall. The downsides are small kitchens, parking is expensive, and utilities add up. Depending on the apartment you have, you get what you are paying for. My apartment is a bit nicer but others is not and are paying the same price. But still, great place, very social, and great wards

|Recommended: YesI love living at Cinnamon Tree — I seriously love it here. The people are so down-to-earth and friendly, and since it's not a super big complex, it's easy to make friends with everyone because there are not so so many people.

|Recommended: YesHard to pass up — Cinnamon Tree is the place to be Having a helpful staff, great people, AND an affordable rent is hard to pass up Just give this place a chance and take a tour. I love how easy it is to access restaurants and stores just by walking. It is close to campus 15-20 min walk . The court area is awesome and always a party Its nice to have access to a nice outside pool as well. Seriously-- look into it

|Recommended: YesGood value for the money — Cinnamon Tree is a pretty solid complex. The apartment is small and a bit old, but it's also inexpensive, so that's within expectations. Managers are nice and reasonable. Super convenient location to campus. Maintenance has always been extremely helpful. All in all, I've had a good experience here.

|Recommended: YesWorth what you pay, and then some — The apartments themselves are old, but well maintained. Parking is great. Maintenance and management are quick to respond, friendly, and some of the best I've had in Provo. The wards are super social, even without management hosting its own fair share of activities. There's a wide range of residents, from students just starting out to juniors and seniors. It's one of the only places I've been quick and happy to renew my lease.

|Recommended: NoNot worth the rent — Go with raintree commons for. My rent was lower, I actually had my family room lit with a ceiling light instead of lamps, and the hot water actually worked. I can understand a lower quality facility if the rent was cheaper, but my rent more expensive here than raintree, despite having inferior qualities.
