|Recommended: YesMediocre Quality of Living, Fun Atmosphere — You will have a good time in the ward, and it is pretty cheap, but you get what you pay for. There aren't convenient bus routes nearby, so you better have a car or be prepared to walk a lot.

|Recommended: YesNot bad, a lot of construction — Not too bad, a lot of construction, also be warned if you live in the basketball court, you will constantly hear the sound of dribbling basketballs, as well as feel immense pressure to attend ward activities that are held there nearly every day.

|Recommended: YesGreat overall environment — The lifestyle at Cinnamon Tree is honestly pretty great, there’s awesome people all around, and I always feel welcomed. The only thing I would have to say is that the office hours are not great. They are posted hours are wrong, the online hours are wrong, and the only time it’s open is basically when the moon is aligned with Saturn. Once again I love Cinnamon Tree The office is just wack.

I am glad you loved Cinnamon Tree! I am very sorry that you ran into problems with the office hours. We have made sure that our correct office hours are posted online and on the door of our office. Our office is now open at least 7 hours a day but if you ever can't make it during our office hours be sure to email us, we want to make sure you are taken care of!

|Recommended: YesDecent. Not new but ok. — I'm here for the people and how close it is to campus. The pool is not amazing and there is no hot tub or workout place.

|Recommended: YesAmazing social experience Affordable Price — I love how social and friendly everyone is here There are often fun night activities The rent is very good and resonable and the beds are very comfortable. I love the location It's so close to so many things. Fast food, Grocery store Stores Pharmacy. It is all close by within walking distance D The roommate are amazing They are good at keeping the BYU honor code and student housing rules. But it's fun to be roommates with good friends I love my YSA ward People are so warm and welcoming and accepting here Cinnamin Tree is close to other apartments too The staff and mainence workers are quick to respond and fix any problems The staff of Cinnamin Tree have fun events throughout the year

|Recommended: YesClean, a bit old, efficient use of space — The other renters here are very friendly, and the staff responds quickly to questions and maintenance requests. I have had maintenance requests finished in a matter of hours. Some parking spots are more convenient than others, but I can always find one.

|Recommended: NoKind of Expensive for the Quality — It's a fine apartment, I didn't have a lot of issues, but its pretty expensive considering how old and small everything is

|Recommended: NoNot the best for the price — Well, there are a lot of expenses on top of the monthly rent. You have to pay for internet which has been pretty good so I can't complain , parking kind of expensive especially considering the parking situation isn't always the best , and then utilities on top of all of that. So for a two semester contract I ended up paying close to 500 a month. It definitely does not have the quality of a 500 a month apartment. The that really bugged me was our hot water for the shower. There are times where the water is just straight up cold, most of the time its lukewarm, and if you're really lucky you'll get a hot shower... that changes temperatures like 20 times before you even get out. I wouldn't complain about it but I am paying like 500 a month here so I don't understand why they can't come up with a better system of providing a hot shower. My other complaints would be that it's just not very updated. Appliances work and everything, but they have duct tape holding the carpet down on the bathroom tile floor. Also they put duct tape over a bunch of dead switches on the walls that don't do anything when you turn them on or off. I don't understand what would be so hard about removing the switches and putting a blank cover-plates over them, but they're just being cheap and saving money I guess. Overall, it's not necessarily a horrible place to live, I just think it's severely overpriced for the quality of apartment you are getting. Then again, this is Provo and a lot of apartments like to gouge students for as much money as they can get, they don't really care about us.

Before anyone signs a lease we try our best to explain that rent doesn't include utilies. This is explained in the lease, and we train our office workers to explain all the additional fees. We don't want it to be a surprise. I'm also sorry you only got lukewarm water most of your time here. You are always welcome to submit a matience request for them to come fix it. They are quick to respond. If for some reason you were having difficulty working with matience you were always welcome to email us or come to the office. Hot water is something we expect our tenants to have and would have been happy to help you resolve the issue. The duct tape may be from past tenants, but if again if you don't feel like maintence was doing what it should, we want to know.

|Recommended: YesCool people, beds not on cinderblocks — Best parts of the complex are the ward and the proximity to lots of shopping, eating, and to campus. Apartments are old but clean, 300 a month is fine. I moved here with 2 friends because we wanted a place with guaranteed parking and was close enough to walk to campus and its been great
