|Recommended: YesIts decent — Its ok, the apartments aren't too bad. Slightly outdated and there are not lights in the living area only lamps , but its a decent place.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — My friends and I loved living here It was a great place to live during my single years of college. Lots of fun people to be around, and they deliver with every promise they provide. Always a place to park, it's always super clean, and the staff works hard to make the place enjoyable, both with maintenance and events.

|Recommended: NoTerrible apartments, good social life — The ward and social life is great, the apartments are not. I’ve had to constantly submit work orders for the same things because they would say they fixed it but didn’t do anything. The management priorities female apartments over male apartments. There were a lot of times they’d be doing construction which would result in the power being turned off and I wasn’t given noticed. Management seems to not really know what’s going on half the time. The internet cuts out a ton. Overall the complex is abysmal.

The internet was crazy over the summer with all the construction from Taco Bell and Freedom Blvd. Often the internet and power went off without Provo City telling us they were going to shut it off. We tried as much as we could to warn tenants, but Provo City was almost impossible to work with. We were lucky if they came in and said "Tell your apartment complex we are going to shut off the power in 1 min." So we totally understand the frustrations, and we apologize for that. We will try to communicate better with Provo City when they are doing construction.
Also sorry you felt like we prioritized female apartments over male's apartments, we will watch for that. And I am sorry you felt like maintenance wasn't fixing things properly, in the future let us know and we can speak to them.

|Recommended: YesAwesome Community — The people here are AMAZING I made so many friends in a matter of hours. It's fun that we have a pool and a great lounge. The overall building and lot structure is awkward, but if you can, try to find an apartment facing the basketball courts because that is a great location The parking lot is tight. The storage space in the 6 person contracted room and hallway was a pleasant surprise in comparison to what I was expecting after doing the virtual tour.

In the future, submitting a maintenance request can make us aware of the issue and our wonderful maintenance will be quick to respond with Pest Control.
