|Recommended: YesGreat people for a great price — The community at Cinnamon tree is absolutely amazing. There is lots of parking and the staff is great. You get what you are paying for quality wise, but the ward is worth so much more.

|Recommended: YesGood enough for me — I cannot find anything to complain about, honestly Close enough to campus for my classes and close enough to go grocery shopping on the weekends walking distance . Only thing that does tick me off a little bit are the plugs, as not all of them work. Other than that, it's good. I would totally stay here for another semester.

|Recommended: YesNot bad for what it's worth — Hands down the best thing about CT is the people that live here. There are lots of good people here and there is ample opportunity to make friends and get to know those around you I would say this is a tightly-knit complex for the most part.
This has been my first experience renting an apartment in college. I wouldn't call it either amazing or terrible. From what I've at other complexes as I visited friends around town, I would say this is probably average.
The property itself is fairly old and worn down. I've lived in two separate apartments here and both had appliances and furnishings details that weren't repaired to full capacity when I arrived a broken overhead light, fridge or blinds . In other words, it's very obvious that multiple generations of college students have lived here. Most appliances here are pretty old as well. It looks like it's been a long time since the interiors were refurbished.
Parking isn't usually an issue here there's almost always a spot to put your vehicle, and since it's a small complex, it's not a big deal to park away from your apartment. The parking lot itself is very small and can be difficult to maneuver in.
However, the parking lot was redone this summer and new TVs were installed in each apartment. More maintenance was done as well. It has made for a better experience overall, but the large-scale maintenance itself was a little overbearing and intrusive water and electricity were shut off several times and whole sections of the parking lot were closed off at any given time.
As far as I've experienced, the staff is cooperative and maintenance gets done pretty quickly once requested.
Overall, I would say that this complex is reasonably priced for the most part, considering the condition it's in and what commodities are available. Some charges feel questionable, but if you're looking for housing not far from BYU and on the cheaper side of things, this place is fine to get started.

|Recommended: YesI love Cinnamon Tree — Everyone is so nice in this complex and the wards are great. I love the community and how welcoming everyone is. It's a great place for people of all ages and there are a lot of fun activities that you can participate in. The one downside is the small kitchen, but other than that, these apartments are awesome

|Recommended: YesYeah its alright — Nothing super special, but everything works and there doesn't seem to be any vital maintenance issues. Everyone that I've interacted with at the office has been super helpful. The website to pay rent can be kind of confusing to navigate and pay, but its manageable.

|Recommended: YesGreat Value and Great People — I just moved from a different apartment complex across campus that was 80 month more and I like CT better The people here are so friendly and maintenance responded to requests in a timely manner. I think it would be awesome if the parking passes guaranteed you a spot because sometimes it is hard to find a spot at night when I get home from work. The landlord was also a little intimidating and difficult when I was applying to have my ESA cat here, but he may have just been having a bad day. All in all, I would totally recommend living here

We only give out as many parking passes as we have spots so there should always be a spot if you are paying for a pass. With that being said, if people without a pass are parking here that may limit spots but we check for cars daily to avoid that issue as best we can. Also, we are sorry you felt intimidated in your meeting with the Landlord. He works hard to make sure the environment here is safe for everyone so there is a lot that goes into those meetings. If there is ever anything we can do to improve your experience, please let us know.

|Recommended: YesSolid Place to Live — It's nice so far I haven't lived here long yet, but I like the location and it's close to a grocery store, and there is plenty of space for my stuff except for clothing. The dresser space is lacking. There is a good amount of parking.
