|Recommended: YesSmall, but has everything you could want — I've only lived in Cinnamon Tree for a little bit, but the people here are really nice. The apartments are a bit small, but you have everything you could need at a good price so there's no reason to complain.

|Recommended: YesGreat social atmosphere and housing for pretty low prices. — There are a lot of great people who live here and the management is very reliable. It is about a 20 minute walk from campus. There are a lot of fast food places and grocery stores nearby.

|Recommended: YesLow cost apartments with a great atmosphere. — I have really enjoyed living at Cinnamon Tree The rent is cheaper than most other places. The apartments are nice enough, and my neighbors are awesome The maintenance guys have responded quickly to all of the requests I have had, and the management is usually very helpful. They have cleaning checks every month, which can seem stressful, but it is really nice to have that accountability to keep things clean. The only thing I have been frustrated with is all of the extra charges that I get on my monthly rent It really bothered me and I felt like Cinnamon Tree was trying to get every last penny that they could. But then I realized that even with the small, random, and frustrating charges, my rent is still well below 400 a month, with the year long contract.

|Recommended: YesCozy and everyone's friendly — While these apartments are older, they have been well maintained. Everyone around is friendly and the in-unit laundry and the outdoor basketball court is a nice bonus.

|Recommended: YesCT — Great property and community. The location is a little odd and there are some vague charges that seem to always appear just in time for rent to come due, but other than that it's a solid place to live.

|Recommended: YesI love living at Cinnamon Tree — I would recommend to them to move here. The people are great. The rent is more than fair. The events the apartment does are fun. The repair people are very timely and fix things well. I love the people that live here and the enviornment here. All in all, such a great place

Thank you for your response, we are always looking for ways to improve! We try to make out office as open as possible and we are always open to scheduling appointments outside of these hours for tenants who cannot make it during that time. Feel free to email us if you need to meet with us outside of office hours!
|Recommended: YesThe property is pretty good, I don’t mind it. The wars and people that live here are amazing and very welcoming. — I would say that the people and ward is amazing The living conditions aren’t bad at all, but that the property staff add on random fees all the time to your rent.

|Recommended: YesNot great, but not bad — Honestly it is not super bad. The cleaning checks are fairly lenient. The apartments are old but overall pretty good. The walls are super thin and that is my biggest complaint. So you can hear basically everything outside and that your roommates are doing but it is not super bad.
